Counselling has increasingly gone online since the first lockdown in 2020. If this is something you would prefer for convenience (reducing commuting times) or for health reasons (such as needing to isolate or having mobility difficulties) then Conspectus Counselling will be happy to accommodate this for you.
Online sessions are held from the comfort of your own home at a time that is convenient for you and through an easy scheduling platform.
